在看到連續兩天電視轉播著你的事情，生命裡偶而突發的暴雨激起破碎的漣漪，以難以計算的速度侵蝕著我們諒以蒙塵的記憶，刺痛著，那裡，友誼曾是我們淚水的護城河，高漲漫過防衛的寬度，終於深不可測的符號學就這樣經由媒體展現它的嗜血耗盡的威力，不斷挖掘，走到了我生命史裡影響我最深的朋友身邊，說的是微不足道的日常生活之事。我所認識的靈魂深處的你，怎會在乎關於職業這類的事情，一九八五年，我們大三，你台大讀醫學系，我讀經濟系，我大部分的時間都在活動中心238，聽你慷慨陳辭關於戒嚴體制對於台灣民主的戕害，聽你朗誦我的詩〈燈罩中的燭火的歌—To a student leader and his comrade in arms 〉，說這詩寫得悲觀，應更積極；聽你朗誦我所暗戀的〈關於一個音樂家後裔的回憶〉，說這詩寫得過於浪漫脫離現實，愛不應完整於無可挽回的遙遠裡，愛應回到有彈性的體溫與把握。我為愛痛苦，你就騎著你那輛破舊的野狼機車讓我撐隻未削的長甘蔗如唐吉柯德的長矛半夜從廈門街帶我瘋狂把台北繞一遍之後去找尋愛嘶喊著哭泣著虛無飄渺消散於鹹鹹的海風之後晨曦浸在海裡跳出射出光芒我整個人就好了。你對朋友總是這樣義無反顧地付出。你為了學生運動差點被二一我們騎著摩托車去淡水聖本篤修道院那裡整夜看海我為你流下了可能惜別的淚。當我經由你介紹去杭州南路鄭南榕那裡幫忙編「自由時代」他焦慮抽煙來回踱步如頭被困在柵欄裡的豹至午夜我們一起回台大宿舍隔天醒來中午我沒去考總體經濟學期中考在醫學院宿舍下餐廳電視看到「警總五路攻堅，鄭南榕引爆瓦斯自焚身亡」我們預見了台灣追求民主的犧牲與悲劇。那時你是我心目中的巨人，彈著一首好蕭邦的優雅台灣人，深具文學氣質的學運領袖，行動派，我虛心但很難擺脫我的悲劇意識地嘗試去跟隨你的腳步。「Stone，我決心一輩子當反對運動的義工！你到美國可別放棄我們愛台灣土地的理想！」記得我要出國留學攻讀博士時，朋友送行時你跟我說了這句令我震撼至今的話。後半段我謹記在心，一九九九年學成時，我並沒有和其他台灣學生一樣留在芝加哥，留在美國任教，第一件事情就是回台灣，因為是你教導我的，「可別放棄我們愛台灣土地的理想！」但你在台灣政治急遽變化的二十世紀末，竟然那十年間沒有去完成我聽你說了幾百遍的當醫生的下半部的考試，竟然全心投入從黨外轉為民主進步黨的大小選舉，從台北市市議員選舉至立法委員選舉，你那科學又詩意的腦袋不知為民進黨打下多少勝戰，我記憶最深刻的是一年你操盤的台北市議員選舉，還打電話至芝加哥給我要我用SPSS幫你跑社會統計設計了一套公式配票，竟然獲得7UP(提名七名全當選)的驚人戰績！然而，之後你仍然兩袖清風，一個正式職位也沒有，你竟然比我還浪漫地真的貫徹「我決心一輩子當反對運動的義工」的理想，即使民進黨腐爛到終於又失去了政權，背叛當年我們理想的託付，你猶仍在那裡平靜對電視鏡頭說話。這是早年你在活動中心238朗誦我的詩句時展現的美學精神延續，那時我們在現代詩社與大學新聞社，你同時還是大學論壇社的核心成員，這代表也只有你能同時跨越美學與科學，感性與理性，思維與行動。職業？孫中山，蔣渭水，謝雪紅，楊逵，秋瑾，那個熱血愛土地的革命者在乎職業？事實上以你的能耐政治上誰重用你，另一個政黨就很難在選舉獲勝，就要倒大霉。你在政治上的敏銳、精密、冷血判斷、貼近平民思維與確實完成行動的能力為這個時代僅見，我從你身上學到太多。在看到連續兩天電視轉播著你的事情，生命裡偶而突發的暴雨激起破碎的漣漪，以難以計算的速度侵蝕著我們諒以蒙塵的記憶，刺痛著，那裡，友誼曾是我們淚水的護城河，不必憐憫，而媒體所無法耗盡，觸及的是你的靈魂，他們不知道這一切可能是你所信仰的耶穌基督的恆久忍耐的入世修行旨意，他們不知道拾荒者是我們再熟悉不過的班雅明眼裡的最為激進，反諷資本主義，深具革命潛能的行動，他們不知道你身上蘊藏多大的顛覆世界的能量，在台北這個了無新意充滿八卦內耗習慣看好戲的城市裡，你那難言的理想，髣若陰雨鬼天氣眾人都感冒的世界裡等待能夠徹底殺死病菌的連續一星期的普照陽光，刺點般在媒體神話符號學的十字轉門底層閃爍諷刺現實政治的虛幻與有我們以光年計算其距離的永恆友誼，對你不熄滅的愛撐起的美學紀念碑。

今天看到王作良又毆妻的新聞
猜想他本來是要藉王雪峰家步入政壇
兩星期前求王雪峰回去也是還有求於她
現知目的達不到
王雪峰不賣房子了
所以說照顧她很多年了累了要還她回娘家
榨到乾為止
一個人曾經如此堅毅，為台灣奉獻活著
這不是渲染，而是真實，不用以現在去否定他的過去。
但今日事情這樣發展，我比任何人都更痛心！
很想推薦他們全家人看王作良的學長--
陳勝英醫師寫的"生命不死"這本書，
都是聰明人卻沒有把握機會完成今生的功課，
真是太可惜了...

無意中再次翻到了這頁. 記不起為何之前這兒留下了一個寫上了我電郵地址的空白框塊, 後來又沒有了. 令我也想說幾句.
我想, 王作良和王雪峰的問題, 應該分開公眾與私人, 以及過去與現在來看. 看到了一篇中央日報的社論, 說成了因為家暴法是當年王雪峰推行的, 所以如今她不按當年推行的法例來處理家事, 便是自掌咀巴似的.
我看朋友們都不應該鼓勵他們離婚收場—這才是真正的悲劇呢. 有此等法例, 不等於一定要推向極點, 而是用來保護需要的人. 誰可以在鎂光燈下改善夫妻關係? 希望關心他們的朋友放二人一馬吧!
過去當這些人物在校園裡在我身旁走過之時, 我沒有懷疑過他們的誠意. 那是在一個書報都被禁, 充滿了謊言的年代. 第一次經過海關, 便已感覺到這氣氛. 這些事只有他們敢提出來講, 那並不是虛假的. 但沒有一個人可以永遠當你的英雄偶像, 即如牧師不一定完美, 他的錯也不能代表基督教就是不可信. 我想 “過客”先生的感嘆, 以及石老師對於昔日的緬懷, 都是真實的, 我們都不必質疑.但這幾方面應該分開來講: 過去的心志; 政治上的, 成年人世界的現實; 婚姻上的問題, 個人的品格, 都應該分開來. 昔日的王作良自有他自己的核心, 當然王雪峯代表了某一種圈子裡的核心, 也不一定表示王作良不跟她一起便不在這圈子裡. 我想他們當初都不是為了晉身政壇而選擇這樣的道路.
無論如何, 感謝石老師提供這平台. 我好像回到了在社辦寫留言簿的年代.
